This costume was made entirely in the hotel room
the Thursday before the con. I brought my Husqvarna
Fresia and decided I felt like sewing a last minute
costume, so I did! XD Months down the road I took
a little time to tweak it, remaking the gloves
in vinyl and gradient-dying the dress for accuracy's
sake! I think this outfit is very pretty, with
strong lines and details, but still very elegant.
I used nice wool for the belt, and dupioni silk
for the shoulder sash. |
