I hope I got those dates right ... I have a bad
memory for these kinds of things. :/ I grew up
playing the Mario games, and especially watching
the cartoon. Although Peach (aka Princess Toadstool)
was very ugly in the animated series some lingering
nostalgic feelings made me want to cosplay Peach
later in life. I chose to do her Super Smash Bros.
Melee outfit just because its her most detailed
outfit. I enjoyed doing all the embroidery along
the dress, and selecting all the right materials
and lace for the job. One day I would like to
make a new, more yellow wig, but at the time I
thought that a natural blonde was the best choice. |
