| about:
I wanted an excuse to make a super ruffly lolita
outfit- but without purchasing any new fabric,
just using leftovers I had lying around! The result
is this cand- themed Wa-Lolita outfit! I somehow
found a wig with blue streaks, and put all the
curls in. The skirt has layered ruffles, with
a matching mint green petticoat underneath. There
are obi buttons along the side and it has a giant
lime on the back! |
